Organic
1 cup of kale
1 carrot
1 1/2 quarts of water
1 Tlbsp of kelp powder
1 tlbsp of coconut oil
2 cups of blackberry juice

Add all veggies with 1/4 of water and blend till smooth. Add 1/4 of water add kelp powder and coconut oil, blend till smooth. Pour into 2 quart jars or one large container and add what’s left of the water and add blackberry juice, shake until well blended. That’s how you make a green smoothie in a conventional blender. No sugar was added and for those who have industrial conditioned taste buds and mouth feel the homemade green smoothie will take some getting used to. The only sugar involved is what naturally occurs in blackberries. Lots of folk want to gag at first but after a week of drinking a quart a day the gag reflex will eventually leave.

The more torque your blender has the better the blending will be. The drink will be chunky even with a high powered blender but not too bad. You will get all the fiber that is so important for your gut flora and fauna along with the minerals and micro nutrients needed to for your body to function correctly.
