Chicken’s Eating Okara

When I make Organic tofu and soymilk from scratch the left over pulp is called Okara. Mostly fiber and protein with some trace minerals. The chickens love this. I save many of my batches of okara, dry it and grind it into flour for sauces, cookies, and bread.
