Climate Debate Daily

This site aggregates a lot of pro-con debates regarding man-made global warming controversy.  I believe this Man-made global warming theory is a tool used to manipulate a naive public to accept a global tax on the air we breath. I am on the Con side, taxes have never fixed anything except make the poor and middle class burdened with more debt. Back in 2008 I was pro until I found Pro AGW scientists who had based their study on the Himalayas Glacier melt and the data they used was faulty. This study was used as the base for much of the research and debate for many other Pro Global Warming papers, grants, and studies. I don’t know if I can find the article with the linked documents.  I was shocked, all my arguments were based on fudged statistics!  That made me question everything regarding scientific study in this area. What I found when I followed the funding to supported studies the corporations/stockholders/individuals who are making money off of the sale of energy, oil, gas, and so on were also funding the studies for “Pro Global Warming”. The standard argument is energy companies are funding those scientist, journalists, and others who are against the man made global warming argument.

I wondered why this is so, it goes against common sense and it’s all about control and profit of our global resources by  the very people who are already running the show when it comes to industry, labor, and the development/sale of natural resources.  The people who make the largest profits in this world, who own most of this worlds property, resources and industry are funding both sides of this Global Warming argument, that is they are funding liberal and conservative arguments and are set on a course to dissolve national boundaries and civil rights so they can consolidate and control everything in this world. They need large amounts of money to do this on a global scale and that is where the global carbon tax comes in along with the thousands of other taxes are also used for besides keeping us too poor and haggard to fight back. Those who need to control everything have proven throughout history they cannot control themselves and end up destroying everything they touch including themselves. Wisest move is to step back and let this cycle complete itself.

1. Essays and research supporting the idea that global warming poses a clear threat to humanity, that it is largely caused by human activity, and that solutions to the problems of climate change lie within human reach.

Unsurprisingly, the extreme cold has brought out the climate change skeptics, who point to the freeze and the recent snowstorms and say, essentially, “nyah-nyah.” Now this is where I would usually point to the fact that the occasional cold snap—even one as extreme as much of the U.S. is experiencing now—doesn’t change the overall trajectory of a warming planet. Weather is what happens in the atmosphere day to day; climate is how the atmosphere behaves over long periods of time. Winters in the U.S. have been warming steadily over the past century, and even faster in recent decades, so it would take more than a few sub-zero days to cancel that out.Read more: Polar Vortex: Climate Change Could Be the Cause of Record Cold Weather | TIME.com http://science.time.com/2014/01/06/climate-change-driving-cold-weather/#ixzz2pjmmVBpJ

2. Essays and research challenging the view that the world warming that began around 1880 is caused by human activity, that it poses a serious threat, or that the vagaries of earths climate are within human control.

Will temperatures on Earth be dropping until the year 2100 to Little Ice Age levels, as Horst-Joachim Lüdecke, a scientist at Germany’s Saarland University, predicted last week? Or will the temperatures only plunge until 2060, as Habibullo Abdussamatov, the head of Russia’s Pulkovo Observatory, recently predicted? Or has the cooling already begun, and might it end as soon as 2030, as claimed by Anastasios Tsonis, head of the Atmospheric Sciences Group at the University of Wisconsin? http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/lawrence-solomon/global-cooling_b_4413833.html
